Port Germein is located right on eastern side of the Spencer Gulf in South Australia, between Port Pirie (26km) and Port Augusta (66km). A pleasant two and half hour drive North from Adelaide on the main highway A1.
At the heart of the Southern Flinders, Port Germein is the perfect base location for exploring the region, from National Parks to wineries, novel country towns and our neighbouring regional cities or just relax and enjoy the sea breeze and catch our fabulous blue swimmer crabs. It’s also a nice quiet stopover if you are heading further north or west.
Our Park is located right on the foreshore, snuggled between the High Street and the community Bowling Club. It’s a short walk through our access gates to the General Store, Post Office, markets, Hotel, clubs, sunset views and more…
